ICC has the ability to customize a program that is compatible with your image and price point. Our clients can select from our extensive range of components, evolving color libraries and existing packaging or we will work with you to create a completely custom design. ICC is a full turnkey contract manufacturer of color cosmetics and accessories, and supplier to major retailers and prestigious brands globally.
